Introducing a yoga practice to kids (ages 7 – 12) has so many benefits. Giving them the tools to not only deal with the stressors they face today but also into adulthood.
Play based and co-created my kids classes are fun and engaging.
Through out the term we will cover a little of the philosophy and history of yoga, foundational yoga poses, calming and centering breathing exercises and easy and effective meditation techniques all aimed at their level and delivered in a playful atmosphere.
I’ll introduce them to journalling techniques ecouraging them spark creatvity, joy and voice their feelings (emotional literacy).
The next Kid’s Yoga term starts February 2020

Littler Kid’s Yoga
Join us on a yoga journey around the world, into space or as far as our imaginations will take us!
A class for younger children 3 years old to 7 years old and their adults to connect and have fun, learning yoga poses through play. Techniques you can incorporate into your daily lives together.
Poses become animals, plants, food or whatever our minds create. Breathing exercises become visual and moving. We play yoga games that you can recreate anywhere you have enough space and Relaxation time becomes snuggle and hug time.
This class is aimed at children aged 3- 7 years old and their carers.
